Asus Padfone 2 got quad core, and is two devices in one, and beats Galaxy S3, so yeah. Although most people go with Samsung.

its a killer phone but there's several issue~a "pop" sound on the bottom screen,late response after power button etc~why la 1st batch always like that~~

No, Samsung isn't cheap, it's one of the more expensive brands. The only thing is that Samsung has a very succesful marketing campaign, and many people think Android = Samsung because of it, especially people with no idea of specs. Not saying that Samsung phones aren't good, it's just that the main reason of they're success is they're marketing.

Nah.. a lot brands like HTC,Sony,LG and china Brand liike Hwawei,ZTE,XiaoMi,Meizu and Korean killer(Pantech )
they made better than apple although girl like apple but we dun blame ... even CSL successful made their 1st S4 dual core phone oso not bad wor.. lols.. its depends on consumer that what they r like and what they take .. that's all

This is my third huawei.the first one i forgot the model..android 2.1..a good entry model..serve me well until now..3 years already as my spare phone.2nd one is mediapad.the best 7" tablet.nuffsaid.and for d1 quad..its really surprising me..a 1k phone with rm2k phone performance..thats it.

Not just me la. A lot of ex-Huawei users won't touch another Huawei.

One of the biggest issues is updates from the manufacturer. If you phone comes with ICS 4.0, then that's possibly the only ROM for it.

Quality issues? My brother's Huawei Vision just died. My sis's Ideos X3 need to hard reset as it bootloops. Both phones have NOT been rooted, or tampered with in any way. Both are bone stock.

My own Huawei has been relatively okay, but lack of updates, a faulty power button, faulty battery are disappointing.

Why gamble with a Huawei when you can get a HTC, Sony, LG? Forget Samsung, I hate Samsung as well.
