Guys.. How abou huawei ascend p1...saw poster saying allit hypermarket have promo fornthis phone at rm599...how it stand compare to xperia p n samsung advance?

spec wise P1 is great..but if u wanna a better display go for xperia p(higher ppi, WhiteMagic) but the battery in xperia p is smaller that P1...overall P1 stands out of both xperia and advance. plus ics out of the box

4. What you need in the phone
Screen, really good screen, this is the only reason I chose iPhones before. Good camera quality, sound quality, at least 4" and above for the screen, battery should last a day with minimal surfing, calling, and gaming, uhm....what else....I guess that's about it.

I was told maybe the Note II or wait for the HTC Nexus 5? Any other recommendations?

That 599 is with condition one. Unless u also going tombuy hardware there. Anway p1 is a good phone. Current market selling price is 899 to 999. Almost same spec as s2 just lose in camera, 8gb space, and less xda developer support.

How is One X's camera? Would prefer to ask here instead of One X thread for more independent answers. Saw some sets selling at Garage Sales, but mostly without box (why?) or already exchanged 1-to-1 with SiS due to digitizer, reception, etc. Gives me the impression of having lots of problems. I tried at shop, shutter lag 2nd only to S3 (didn't try Note2 though). Selling price also still quite high, 1.2k thereabouts even though new is 1.4k only.

if updates and custom roms are your main priority,then get ap or a second hand nexus.or get xperia s,its a developer phone,so better unoffical updates.

I am one x user and s3 user before at the same time. Camera I still prefer one x more then s3. Quality of the picture for me is hard to see any diff. But I like one x cause I feel the snap shot is faster .


As for the p1. Yes it state ed one per customer but I am sure they will request customer to purchase some amount of goods before selling at 599.
