There is Samsung waterproof phones. One of them is B2100.
If you are talking about androids I don't think so it's available in Malaysia.
Selection of Androids that are IP certified with water resist and dust proof machine is so limited in Malaysia market. I think the bigger market is in India. There are so many articles and post I google-ed, and most of them talk about waterproof androids are available in India.

Brands that produce waterproof androids you can check my previous post, but most of them is not available in M'sia. eg: Panasonic Eluga, Motorola Defy+，I wish they open up the market for waterproof androids too. As I work on an island, the chances getting in contact with water is very high.. I don't know how many times I sent my phone for repair already  hahaha
Plus, for people that stays in the office, I guess it's not necessary to get a waterproof phones right?
