Better wait .
S3 have low spec for the price now .
For about the budget you can have 2 gb ram , better screen and s4 pro chipset and perhaps LTE

Ok have been looking around. I think I will stick with android. Samsung seems loudest so I stick to this brand.

Need these requirements:
1) Brand: Any but prefer samsung
2) Price: $500-$1000
3) Screen size>3.5" (prefer tough screen)
4) Spec: Must be loud & clear incoming calls, must not lag during surfing,
speed>1Ghz

Galaxy W. around $400 with 2 month warranty second hand. $800+ 12 month warranty SME.
Somewhere between with non SME 2 year warranty....

Excellent phone for entree level midrange. You can also go S advance which is also edging if you are buying new.

normally nexus 4 selling in malaysia around christmas
yet, don't so fast think about need to increase your budget to get s3, nobody know nexus 4 price in malaysia yet
just wait for it if you can wait
but you need to suffer with its 8gb (5gb usable) or 16gb (11gb usable) storage

garage sales.. mine sold to one JB pipu... coz he wanted use it for singapore working as technician.. so far i used .. its downgraded spec w 2Gb ram.. and its quite fast w S4 Snapdragon Processors .. [if i not correct, i bought is 2299 White, den i custom rom it to CM10 and sold him 1.9k ]

heh. if like that go for S Advance new.

I tried it, but there was no real value add compared to my old phone, so im holding on.
