Android updates usually only apply to the flagship and a few others if it's CSL. CSL Mi501 was supposed to get JB, but they cancelled it because of software limitations. CSL Mi360 was also upgraded to ICS recently. They are also promsing JB for the next devices, either by update or out of the box. Ninetology also got a lot of firmware updates.

Depends. Do you only want mainstream brands or or do you feel any brand works? Camera specs? Local warranty or AP oso can? Budget?

Ninetology battery doesn't last long, but the specs are a lot more better than Defy.

really? so in my case, which one should i go for? i'm twittering, whatsapping, gpsing, instagraming, and surfing type. and i mostly work in the field. use 3g only when on charge.
