The whole reason why chainfire is promoting cf auto root toolkit (with no cwm) is for enthusiasts who simply wants root but remain custom rom, which is why it comes with stock recovery. I guess the stock recovery in cf auto root is now on ICS and not JB. Hope chainfire updates the root kit soon, then we won't hv future OTA update issues, just like how it was smooth updating from ICS to JB recently

Try go into recovery mode (vol up + home + power)
If can..then wipe cache..and wipe dalvik

I cant even power on the phone.

Since your phone still untouch and on official stock rom then nothing else can be done.
You can still try go into download mode (vol down + home + power) then flash back stock firmware via Odin.
But better to bring it to service centre and let them help revive the phone for you.

Hold the three button lama sikit until it boot up.
If still cannot..then try go into download mode and reflash the phone with stock firmware via Odin
