That AK really burned bridge with MITI ipo holders.. i know a lot of MITI holders got burnt.

i've only got a small amount of shares for this counter. is it better for me to hold it or sold it? need advice from taiko here

Maybank IB doing the "buying spree" AGAIN Today

Maybank Investment Bank Berhad ("Maybank IB"), as the stabilising manager, has purchased the following Shares:

Date of purchase : 18 July 2013

Number of shares purchased : 6,500,000 Shares

Price of purchases : RM1.25 per Share

As of today, Maybank has purchased a total of:

35.9 million shares out of their 118.5 million quota.

35.9 from 118.5. quite a lot..

so Maybank main holder, what they plan to do with it ?


push the price down?

to maintain the IPO price, I suppose

If Maybank doesn't stabilised AAX will it free fall ?

maybe..maybe....maybe, after all the sceptics/punters have finished selling at 1.25, whats left are mainly the "true" investor or people that believe in this stock.

Because of that , the price will gradually go up after that period since not many people are selling anymore at that time and so, thats the time MBB might reap what they sowed and enjoy big profits

watching this airasia x is really like no show. already 1 week still 1.25-1.26. $0.01 difference. boring

if wanna safe entry for this counter, better wait after stabilizing manager using all fund buy @ 1.25 or after 30 days of listing. just newbie opinion.

155k lots que to buy at 1.25 vs only 22k lots to sell at 1.26
