Masa nak beli sepah98 bagitau harddisk ni ada 2 tahun warranty drpd Western Digital, tapi bila dah beli terima pulak hdd rectified rosak yg hanya tinggal 9 hari warranty drpd Western Digital! Lepas tu saya hantar balik kat supplier dia. Masa ni supplier dia kata warranty mereka sendiri bagi punya selama 2 tahun, bukan warranty drpd Western Digital. Saya cuba minta refund kat supplier tu, tapi mereka tak buat refund, mereka hanya buat warranty 2 tahun saja. Saya terima dgn paksa rela sajalah waktu ni. Kalau nak minta refund, kena minta kat sepah98 kata supplier tu. Supplier tu ada kata sepah98 ni cuma reseller mereka (mungkin reseller yg sangat rapat). Saya ni dah malas nak berhubung dengan sepah98 lagi, jadi saya biar je lah...

Sebab moderator minta saya update kes ni jadi saya sambung balik...

Actually barang tu mmg tak sampai.. Jadi saye tak bleh nak bagi baru.. Mungkin yg saye bagi tu yg 2nd hand punye.. Sorry for it.. Saye boleh bagi baru kalau barang tu sampai kat supplier saye....

pardon me for my intrusion, why its so hard to refund to the buyer when you know that you dont have the stock on hand, if realli wanna send also, send a working 2nd hand unit lah

I oso deal with him recently. He still active i think you can look for him or try deal with him using other name. He is not polite person during making deal. He wan me to pay him money fast.
After i pay him he delay......and delay......send out my item. Give reason like the postman didn't past his place so he can't send item. Can't post now bcos busy. After i chase him a few time and then he post my item. At least i received my item......

If you want others to help your business then you have to treat your customer well regardless of how you don't like what they did to you. Using foul languages isn't going to help much. People all give these advise because they do want you to solve what problems you have between you and your buyer...so you can do business longer here in LYN. Don't take this the wrong way. Anyway...good luck and hope you can solve peacefully with buyer

If la, you give people a bad / faulty product, and you can give your customer a replacement or refund ASAP, you will be starting to build your reputation, treat customer as your "boss" ok.? If the buyer FFK you, that means is the "boss" problem la, report to the dispute section if your "boss" fool you around. But now, it's your problem.

Looking at the picture oredy can comfirm that hdd is taken out from acer laptop, any hdd taken out from acer laptop only will be listed as " no limited warranty" or " component warranty , contact reseller" , the clue is at the sticker on that hdd, thats prove it to be acer part.

1) u claim 2 years warranty from wd, but actually its 2 years personal warranty only (as stated by carigrian)
2) keep on delay and problem with poslaju yet only buyer seems to do all the work with carigrian help<<kes lepas tngn

what i see is its buyer and carigrian guy who settle this problem..

NOT 2nd hand, its new but unregistered... i bet its new.. who say its used is dumb... sometimes you can check at the hard disk the date.. its dated this year....
and 1 more thing,WHERE IS AMIKID !! come solve it with me la don't ask people to solve it for you... chicken...

just like handphone la.. got AP set,got ORI set... both are same but the warranty for AP only valid for 1 shop... its same like this hard disk,its not registered at Western Digital HQ.. but you can claim warranty at us because i got a record for all of the HDD sold.. from the serial number to the name of buyer and the date purchased and when then warranty will expired...

IN the picture of that hard disk , its already prove its a 2nd hand hdd. The long and small sticker on it. its the ACER warranty tag with their own serial number or what they call it as P/N ( part number) to make acer service centre easier to regconise their own IN HOUSE ORIGINAL part when customer bring the item to claim for warranty. Seems like you are not really in the computer field. In computer world , we dont have so what you call it as AP. You are correct to say that the HDD main sticker it self is being printed with manufacture date , but thats only to prove the hdd is manufacture on which date , not state how long the warranty period cover. When a brand took the hdd from manufacture , its only cover with minimum warranty period. Thats why acer have to put on their own sticker to identified their parts. Defrent brand has its defrent sticker, HP or compaq will have its own sticker witch is slightly abit in rectangle shape. Asus , dell , even whats u will be more understand in terms of AP is phonessssssss also will be recognise by its own sticker from which the manufacture will stick it on the parts before ship it out for end user.
