Actually barang tu mmg tak sampai.. Jadi saye tak bleh nak bagi baru.. Mungkin yg saye bagi tu yg 2nd hand punye.. Sorry for it.. Saye boleh bagi baru kalau barang tu sampai kat supplier saye..sad.gif..

If la, you give people a bad / faulty product, and you can give your customer a replacement or refund ASAP, you will be starting to build your reputation, treat customer as your "boss" ok.? If the buyer FFK you, that means is the "boss" problem la, report to the dispute section if your "boss" fool you around. But now, it's your problem.

Complaint against sepah98 - 500GB HDD 2.5" WD:

Masa nak beli sepah98 bagitau harddisk ni ada 2 tahun warranty drpd Western Digital, tapi bila dah beli terima pulak hdd rectified rosak yg hanya tinggal 9 hari warranty drpd Western Digital! Lepas tu saya hantar balik kat supplier dia. Masa ni supplier dia kata warranty mereka sendiri bagi punya selama 2 tahun, bukan warranty drpd Western Digital. Saya cuba minta refund kat supplier tu, tapi mereka tak buat refund, mereka hanya buat warranty 2 tahun saja. Saya terima dgn paksa rela sajalah waktu ni. Kalau nak minta refund, kena minta kat sepah98 kata supplier tu. Supplier tu ada kata sepah98 ni cuma reseller mereka (mungkin reseller yg sangat rapat kut). Saya ni dah malas nak berhubung dengan sepah98 lagi, jadi saya biar je lah...

Sebab moderator minta saya selesaikan kes ni juga jadi saya sambung balik...

NOT 2nd hand, its new but unregistered... i bet its new.. who say its used is dumb... sometimes you can check at the hard disk the date.. its dated this year....
and 1 more thing,WHERE IS AMIKID !! come solve it with me la don't ask people to solve it for you... chicken...

just like handphone la.. got AP set,got ORI set... both are same but the warranty for AP only valid for 1 shop... its same like this hard disk,its not registered at Western Digital HQ.. but you can claim warranty at us because i got a record for all of the HDD sold.. from the serial number to the name of buyer and the date purchased and when then warranty will expired...
