Dia janji akan bagi hdd yg ada 2 tahun warranty dari western digital. Tapi bila sampai kat saya hdd tu cuma ada 9 hari warranty apabila saya check kat
Warranty Check for End UserLepas tu saya check hdd ni dgn software
Harddisk Sentinel,
HD Tune - Health dan
HD Tune - Error Scan mmg hdd ni rosak.
Lepas tu sy bagitau dia harddisk ni rosak, dia bagi alamat utk hantar warranty, kemudian saya hantar guna poslaju ke alamat yg diberi... tapi tak sampai2, lepas tu dia kata supplier dia tak tau nak buat apa?
Dah tak larat menunggu dah ni. Boleh baca dialog penuh antara

How can I say...? Luckily I didn't deal with you? If la, you give people a bad / faulty product, and you can give your customer a replacement or refund ASAP, you will be starting to build your reputation, treat customer as your "boss" ok.? If the buyer FFK you, that means is the "boss" problem la, report to the dispute section if your "boss" fool you around. But now, it's your problem.
