Sincere advise to bnm, next time before you raid a company, check customer profile first....genneva customers are smart and educated. So dont play fool.

Confirm my theory that these people cannot accept the fact that they got cheated. They feel so smart because they have high education. Yet still kena tipu. Too much ego. Unable to accept reality.

QUOTE(terry8 @ Oct 31 2012, 11:25 PM)
You are right on that. We need to regulate gold trading as soon as possible.

However, this will not stop Ponzi schemes coz they can come in many other forms. In the US, there was a case where the Ponzi scheme was conducted by a law firm and they were selling "law settlements" with a 30% gain in 6 - 8 months !

I dont think I will ever see the end to these kind of schemes. As they say just be careful, if an investment is too good to be true, it is most likely not true.
*
Well to stop this, painful measure needs to be taken. That is, all money and gold confiscated and never return to victim. Cruel. But probably make all Malaysian learn. This is because Genneva victim is 60,000. So news spread further.

As I said before, there are human were born without that particular logic. They are in fact "retart" for that logic.
*
Without that logic, I see them ignore risk and earn more money than us that have skeptics mind. cry.gif
But sometimes these people end up in Genneva which is worse case than us. sweat.gif World full of different type of people which makes the world colorful to live in. wub.gif

Bunny Young Bear in mind, Genneva give 2% hibah per month, BUT, Not 24% per year, because Genneva never sign 1 year agreement with client. Just like supermarket, if they give 20% discount in October, can we say this supermarket give 240% discount in a year? Deeply think about this~~

You see that - a very interesting human's mind!

The way of their mind works is very different than ordinary one. That I called "retart" to scam logic.

I may earn a Nobel Price for medic if I continue research this subject. I am very eager to open their brain to diagnose the damaged part, and study their missing part in DNA.

I am fairly certain I did not delete my own posts which means the mod did it.Whoever is behind that page, they are still shaping its direction towards being supportive of Genneva. Well, its victims at any rate. I tried to poke some fun at Andrew. Those got deleted.
*
My take on Andrew is he is not normal. No wonder he joined Genneva. I'll never associate myself with a person like Andrew. I don't know what is he trying to achieve by spamming photo which has little relationship with the ponzi scheme that he trying to sell to victim of Genneva. rclxub.gif

I agree that all the Investors who pocked the money in the past should be asked to return, but pity the old retirees.
*
Yes, this is what supposed to be done. All investor involved in this scam need to be responsible. So get all investor name whether active or non-active. Check what they earn from this scheme. Then get back those money to be distribute back to all the investor.

After reading this thread from version 1 to version 3 I came to the following conclusions

1. Nobody here knows what they are talking about.
2. Everyone trying to sound like an expert on what actually happened but end up sounding like idiots.
3. No one actually interested in the truth. Just want to talk for the sake of talking.

And your nick is tipu? hmm.gif

Methinks MANY Banksters are involved with this ler........    hmm.gif
*
Weird though. I thought bankers are involve in fiat money. Why involve in gold scheme which condemn fiat money?

I always read and watch propaganda by gold seller regarding fiat money. When I first read and watch the movie, I thought, wow, the bank has cheat us all this time.

Then nowaday, I start to think. is this some kind of propaganda by people who have vested interest in gold trading?

I mean, if you're gold trader that hoards a lot of gold, you would want to spread propaganda to push up the price and people buy gold from you.

Anyway, its just my thinking.

I still not make decision whether gold vs fiat is some kind of infighting between two sides which has their own vested interest.

I do keep some gold due to this kind of propaganda. sweat.gif

maybe gamen see genneva have a lot of gold, decided to raid them, confiscate the gold and sell them secretly to fund election. then they will claim this gold forever remain as evidence. shit happens in bolehland
*
The question is, why Genneva company did not say anything regarding debt vs asset? So its actually 2 side also involve.

1 side Genneva : ponzi scheme so don't dare to voice out because they really have more liability than asset
1 side BNM : ponzi scheme investor can tanam jagung in kampung already sweat.gif

And what was the price you paid for it?

Was it FGJAM price or LME price?

Did you feel cheated when you found out that FGJAM price was about 20% above LME price?

Note : FGJAM Federation of Goldsmiths and jewelers Association of Malaysia
          LME London Metal Exchange.
*
No.

I know what you're getting at.

Actually you don't understand what we're talking about.

We say Genneva is ponzi scheme.

When you buy from Poh Kong, can you sell it back to Poh Kong at the same price that you bought and every month got hibah?

I don't think you read our post from V1 to V3. I think you're just trolling rolleyes.gif

Tipuism is TIPU-ism which is same as CON-sultan.
We are here to educate non-Genneva members not to join Genneva family.. But be frank, TIME is a factor and also the RATE OF NEW BUYERS is another factor.

Factor: TIME
The longer the authorities holding GM assets, the lesser chance for G to survive.

Factor: RATE OF NEW INVESTORS
The slower rate of new investors investing into this scheme, company will suffer cash flow problems as they have to spend more money to pay HIBAH and commission.

I wish Tipuism all the best hoping these two factors will be in favourable to you. Otherwise, please GET A JOB!!

QUOTE(zoff @ Nov 1 2012, 11:37 AM)
The magnitude of such investments was revealed by Deputy Finance Minister Dr Awang Adek in Parliament yesterday when he said that one company alone, Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a gold-trading firm that was shut down by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) recently, could have raised RM10 billion from 35,000 investors.

Awang Adek said current investigations into the company has so far accounted for RM4 billion raised from investors.
*
If I read that correctly, RM10 billion go into Genneva. Only RM4 billion accounted for. Means 40% still can be return to customer.
Better than Swisscash. Probably due to underlying asset (gold) increase in price.

Wow, RPK turn Genneva issue into racist issue:-
http://www.malaysia-today.net/mtcolumns/no...a-good-strategy

QUOTE
I remember 40 years ago in the early 1970s the Gemini Chit Fund scandal hit the country. I had actually ‘invested’ in that scheme and made quite a bit of money. I got out just in time, though, before they were closed down and the tail-end investors lost their pants.

Then we had the ‘Pak Man Telo’ Ponzi scheme that first emerged in the late 1970s and ran for about 20 years before the government sprang into action and closed it down. Most of the people caught with their pants down were Malays, a huge number of them rank-and-file police personnel and those from the kampong.

Since the ‘Pak Man Telo’ Ponzi scheme affected mostly Malays it did not become an 'election issue' like the current Genneva gold bullion fiasco. Somehow, anything that affects the Chinese always becomes an election issue. Even giving out white envelopes instead of red envelopes for Chinese New Year can be turned into an election issue. But this would be only if the white envelopes were given to Chinese. If given to Malays then it is not an issue.

Nevermind if RPK is racist or trying to show Malaysian that all Malaysian are hypocrite.

But one thing that RPK agree with us is that Genneva is scheme cepat kaya. He has lump Genneva together with Pak Man Telo scheme and that is not a good thing rclxms.gif
