Please read the posting carefully. He NEVER claimed that I have a fake account. Furthermore he was just being sacarstic and hitting out at GMS in a subtle way. And if you were to read earlier postings, we were actually discussing about alter egos on GMS not LYN. FYI I don't have to 'explain myself' to you.

That 90 days dateline, is there something I missed that BNM promised to give them a "results" or answers by 90 days?

Or, its stated in the Law.

if 90 days is legit and stated in the Law, shouldn't Genneva, the company go and inquire BNM and chasing them?

if 90 days is stated in the law, and BNM cannot deliver, then at least Genneva can sue BNM for dragging the case and endanger the livelihood of their customers due to the frozen account?

I have a feeling it is made up by GMS, then again, if it is not and this 90 days thing is true and Geneva did not act, it could back fire.

p.s. Geneva is a blacklisted word in GMS, i tried posting this word instead of Genneva, it is automatically blocked. Funny, even Geneva is a sensitive word.

I had a copy of the AMTLAFA Act and I cannot see the 90 days in there. I did find however that the seized assets must be returned within 12 months if there are no charges. I will attach a copy here later.

from my understanding now the sheeps understand Casey as in saying there is a 90 days limit counting from the raid 1st Oct, if BNM still did not charge Genneva for AMTLAFA, THEN... they will have to unfreeze and return the seized properties

that is also why, they supposed to lodge police report as BNM rompak their gold if 90 days still not charge with AMTLAFA and no return of properties i.e. gold, money, computer.
