QUOTE(pedobear1992 @ Nov 23 2012, 07:00 PM) ARRRRRRHHHHH! been reading this post everyday ! cmon for who got the phone do review please >.< hows the speaker ! compare it please please Speaker is ok. I'm no expert on this but it sounds good. It's loud enough, comparable with my SGS2, much much better than HTC phone's speaker which is soft.About the screen, I'm coming from SGS2's AMOLED but I don't feel it washed out at all. I'll try to snap some photos and put it out. Can't wait to root my Nexus 4 already.. This post has been edited by tcmean: Nov 23 2012, 07:46 PM |

So tcmean said $40 for forwarding + DHL to malaysia
IINM, shipping to US Address is 20USD for Nexus 4. Means... $349*2 + $20 + $40 + RM100 (sirim) = RM2449.8 (take conversion as 3.1) Wow... RM1225 for one 16GB Nexus 4!!!! |

QUOTE(blugear @ Nov 23 2012, 08:23 PM) AFAIK, i9100G now is considered the superior model, especially in the developers circle due to the TI OMAP CPU. CM10.1 already ported to it with minimal issues. i9100 still having all sorts of hwc problems.@tcmean must try the *#*#info#*#* LTE toggle see M'sia got testing LTE or not This post has been edited by DJFoo000: Nov 23 2012, 09:12 PM |

However, photo took outside during day time looks very good. Battery life not yet. I played for around 3 hours+ just now and battery was around 85% down to 13%. Although LTE Band 4 was supported for now, all hope is not lost. Just waiting for software profile to be activated for other bands:
http://www.anandtech.com/show/6474/nexus-4...e-on-band-4-aws QUOTE ... I tore down the Nexus 4 to ascertain whether PAs were present that could work with LTE, and saw indeed that at least bands 4, 2, and 1 did have Avago power amplifiers (A5704, A5702, and ACPM–7251) which noted support for LTE. The remaining piece of the puzzle was software stack, both in Android and inside the version of the AMSS (Advanced Mobile Subscriber Software) running onboard MDM9215M.... QUOTE The conclusion is that the Nexus 4 at present curiously includes the software profile on MDM9215M that enables support for LTE on Band 4 (AWS), and users only need to set the appropriate network type preference in Android to use it. None of the other bands that there are even power amplifiers for have LTE support, which is unfortunate for users in places where carriers aren't running LTE on AWS, such as the USA. ...
