Warranty Issues for Nexus 4
Cannot be claimed in Malaysia, need to send back to United Kingdom.
I will take the responsibility for shipping cost for manufacture defect if
there is any in the first week, or if LG/Samsung/Google recalls these
devices.
After the first week, customer may still ask for my help but customer
has to bear the shipping cost to United Kingdom and posting it back
here. You may choose your preferable courier.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care,
accidents, misuse, abuse, or the natural breakdown of certain
materials over long periods of time.
If your device stops working or something goes wrong as a result
of anything other than user damage, it can be sent back to the
manufacturer for inspection and repair. You should if the device is
still within the warranty period, contact the manufacturer and
book it in for repair.
The procedure is the same even if the product is outside of the
warranty period, please contact the manufacturer first.
