This one will blow any AMD spec away on gaming. Stock i3-3220 is compelling enough already.

Oh yeah, avoid Coolermaster Extreme power at all cost. Unless you have no choice.

FX-4100 is not true quad core as well. You want to overclock but you don't have the budget. FX series also have mediocre power consumption even at stock speed.

Your budget is a problem. Overclocking setup also needs a better motherboard as well. Limited or no overclocking is allowed for budget motherboards.

What is your monitor resolution anyway?
