Hello everyone just need some advice here. I pretty much a noob in terms of androids and smartphones. So I do apologize if I made any mistakes in asking noob questions. I have been browsing through this thread for a while now because I plan to get the samsung galaxy note 2. I plan to get it tomorrow actually. I plan to get an ori set from the samsung store at low yat plaza.

Just wanna ask if the store there is safe and all because I read some posts about having problems with a new phone bought at certain places. And, how can I check whether the phone I bought is authentic and not rooted or tampered etc...so I can check when I purchase it?

Hopefully someone experienced here could help me with my question as I hope to not get into any problems with the new phone. Thanks all!

If you worry than just buy from authorized samsung retailers. Avoid those kiosk sellers.

Absolutely no need to clean ram
This is not windows
Google ram management n task killers in android to understand why this is not necessary

Guys, here's a tip...

Make lots of Dropbox accounts... When they've sent you the 48GB email, just click on it on every single account.

1. open email
2. open dropbox in a new tab
3. press the big blue button
4. sign out dropbox
5. repeat the step with another account

I got over 200GB in an hour xD

do u need so many accounts?
mine not even half lolz

You got a device with 2MB ram. Worry about how to utilize it instead of cleaning it.

any android veteran here can recommend me the nicest bestest epub reader in Play Store, all those I tested and found via Google look and work like crap...sigh
*
Bought ezpdf during 25ยข sale, has a built in epub reader. Look no worse than any other epub reader.
Epub's a kind of compiled html like chm,so the format wont look as nice as pdf.

If I buy directly from the Samsung store itself should be ok right? And thanks for answering my question.
