the test for you or your father?
if your father, then you should ask the cardiologist about suitability for stress test.
if you, if no symptoms then there's no indication for you to do the test.

For information:

Went to see cardiologist Dr Liew in Ara Damansara Hospital due to chest pains.
Had tests and breakdown as follows:
ECG - RM 79.00
Troponin - RM 251.00
Consultant fee - RM135.00
Lucky all came out negative and I do not have heart attack.

Also did a comprehensive check up few months earlier inclusive of blood screening, ultrasonic scan lower abdomen, chest x ray, etc - RM 800.00

It is good to know what's happening to your body. Nowadays, Sudden Cardiac Arrests are very common. Don't assume anything is good.
