Luv the TWRP nandroid backup to pendrive. Cleared so much precious space in N7 memory. Another of Uncle Benny's good advice.

QUOTE(benny888 @ Nov 15 2012, 10:05 AM) How did you update to 4.2 The best method and with minimal issues is to use the Nexus7 toolkit and flash the official google image ( nakasi-jop40c-factory-6aabb391.tgz ) After that follow it by flashing recovery and than boot to recovery flash chainfire latest supersu zip ( CWM-SuperSU-v0.98.zip ). Do do a backyp first of all your internal SD stuffs to PC as this will wipe clean your tablet Than followup by using titanium backup to restore back all your stuffs and copy back all your internal Sd stuffs back to tablet Other methods like flashing just the updated file (094f6629314a.signed-nakasi-JOP40C-from-JZO54K.094f6629.zip ) or any of the developer direct CWM flash solutions - there are at least 3 of such at XDA . I have tested all these methods in half a day and would say nothing beats the direct flash method using the Nexus 7 toolkit i get notification to update to 4.2...so i just proceed...after that i had problem with firefox always crash and lowyat.net certification when using google chrome and for boat browser i need to click many times certification proceed button before it go login...but other than that no problem i see more further...

Just got my 4.2 update via OTA. Didn't even have to force it this time.
First impression;
The new digital clock widget is nice, but the analog clock became uglier :-\
I like the new, smaller dock icons.
Lock-screen widgets seem like a nice idea, but the current 3 choices are pretty meh.
The new pull-down notification system is clunky. I preferred the old one, or the "one-finger vs two-finger" they have for phones. No idea why tablets didn't get the same, but I suspect it's some patent problem again. Here's one instance where I'll admit Samseng's TouchPiss is better.
The addition of battery % and airplane-mode in the second pull-down is useful. I don't need the power-toggle bar now. No idea why they put your profile photo in there, though. As if I'm not fed-up with seeing my own face in real life enough. >_>
The font-rendering seems to have changed slightly. The bold fonts especially seem a bit "fuzzy" like there's a bit too much hinting going on.
I like the new dimmed wallpaper view we get in the multitasker/task-switcher. Also, switching between tasks seems a touch smoother.
I like the fade-out effect when you press the standby button.
There seems to be more developer settings to toggle now. Not sure what they do yet.
The new swipe to delete/archive feature in Gmail is nice, though I'm not sure if this is a 4.2 thing or came in a recent Gmail update.
