wondering if i buy the nexus 7 32gb from newegg.. Can i claim my warranty at Malaysia if something bad happened? not really clear with the international warranty...

Hi, I don't think you really need a rear camera in your tablet.
You could have a phone with camera or even the iPad or iPad mini has a rear camera, the image quality does not seem better than any smartphone right now.
Just take it by your phone and simply transfer it by Bluetooth or beam to your nexus 7 if you really need the photo in your tablet.

Anyone is using papago m9 on this device?
My papago can't show full screen on my nexus 7.

personally, i would love if nexus 7 comes with a rear camera. even a shitty 2mp one would do

apps like bar code reader and other AR apps would be usable. and attaching photos with your evernote notes would be quicker, less hassle
