What folder you copy over ? Is it name titaniumbackup ?? Open the folder in your PC - is it fill with all your backup contents. You see a listing, something like this ( just a partial take) :

If so, that could means a possible corrupted backup if the app cannot detect it

You have 2 choices - internal storage or external SD. Default it will go to internal storage. If you have a USB thumb drive plug in, select external SD
These choices are just immediately above the SWIPE TO BACKUP
