I just booked delfina phase 1 yesterday,but still thinking wanna proceed or not hehehe.. this is for own stay.. any advise... sweat.gif

Delfina phase 1 still available? Which unit did you take? Some row at the back is quite near to the high tension cable I think.

It depends what do you want. Does it fulfill your requirements for your own stay? Maybe you are just starting a family and need a bigger place? Where are you currently working? If in KL, are you able to withstand the everyday traffic going and back from office?

NI is quite far for residents working in KL IMO, however it's OK if you leave your house early to go to work to avoid the jam. However, unless you are self employed or is a big boss, you cannot leave your office early to avoid the jam to go home after work.

I think it will take min 90 min to reach home after work if you leave office around 6-7pm. If you can accept this factor, then can consider staying in NI.

From my humble opinion..when we talk about DISTANCE..i do believe from time to time we will feel near/easy to access to the place that we think far before. example? SHAH ALAM 2 @ PUNCAK ALAM now compare to last 5yrs. as the UITM have huge land bank with new DASH approved by gov, now everyone start talking about PUNCAK ALAM even before many people say 'are u crazy to buy and stay in PUNCAK ALAM'?

With location of NI near to KLIA n KLIA 2, LEKAS Pajam toll exit, next to Bkt Mahkota (IOI project), commercial area planned and will be materialize in early 2016, this area will attract many people to play, work, meet and many things.

Trust me, nothing wrong with NI with SD. Cheers..!!!

yes.. i booked the house at last row... booking fees 5k.. they will full refund you if u get 3 rejection letter from diff. bank... or else they will refund only 4.5k only.....

yes phase 1, in fact there are still a few units available.. maybe due to rejection loan from prev buyer...
btw thanks for the advise... yes I'm working in kl and try make this house as weekend house.. otherwise have to buy a motor lorr if i want to going back office everyday..... see how laaa....

Yes without family area... if im not mistaken only those delfina facing lake has family area on the second floor.. and now only treeoo and quadro got family area.. i just booking with price 5XX.. but next of my house still available with 451k if im not mistaken... anyone want to be my neighbor??? hahahahaha.....
