I am using franco.kernel and NFTS only allows me to read, but not write. Whereas FAT32 can perform both.

hello again, i've been in the forum for awhile but apparently still noob when it comes to roms, rooting etc.

so my device's bootloader is already unlocked. will my memory be wiped out if i root it?
-nope, root adds 1 file in so no wipe.

following by, if my device is rooted with stock rom, will i be receiving any more automatic OS update from google?  if yes then will the device be un-rooted if my rom has been updated?
-YES, and YES it will be unrooted.
-UNLESS, u have CWM or flashed/mod the kernal/system files

A lot of factors need to be included to determine battery consumption .

Phone line coverage ( gt bad coverage in my uni battery drop drasticly. , wifi coverage , apps in backgrouds , sync of accounts .

once i got 5hr on screen time with only strong and stable  wifi connection . No point comparing with others battery consumption as we live at diff place ,having diff scenarios as stated in above sentence.  so, i want to recommend
Just charge it lah if running out of juice / get a powerbank. 

There's also the method of reducing activities that wake up the phone.
like turning off Google's Location services

and also in my case I uninstalled LINE because I found that it was waking up my phone way too much (compared to Whataspp) and my battery life improved significantly after uninstalling it.

well, just start experimenting and read up more stuff.u should find ur best way of improving battery life...

Guys, I wanna ask that the Inverted GAPPS,
Means that those GAPPS's background colour is black right?
May I ask which GAPPS are modified?

Coz I flashed it and only found Play store to be inverted only. Other GAPPS looks normal to me.

Which one? The wet or dry apply? Any other user recommendation and experience?

Nothing to do with call quality or coverage.
In fact, 3G coverage is smaller than 2G because 2G was established maybe since 15 years back when we're started using SMS those services. 3G was developed much later and has much smaller coverage. If you don't believe, just refer digi celcom maxis website see whether I'm telling the truth.
Call quality wise, there'll be no difference for voice call but 3G supports video call which I doubt you'll use because you have data plan, sure you opt for G+ or Tango, Skype for Video call.
