u can backup ur contacts through gmail (sync with google servers)
just login gmail then press gmail and select contacts. (got gmail/contacts/tasks in the selection)
if u see it there means backed up.

for sms try sms backup& restore app in play

recomended app by me. not sure others.
once backed up, save the export file somewhere u know and transfer it to ur PC/MAC.
then after factory reset, put it back in ur sd and use the app to restore.

tips
keep screen wet at all time
keep hands at all time
keep sp wet at all time
keep room shut and no fan
must be wet enuf for sp to slip around or else will cause burn marks
use a creditcard wrap with a soft cloth to push water out from centre to edge.
try not to let too much water enter ur sides and ear piece.

BE Patient. drying time range over night, unless u put at ur laptop vents for few hours.

voltage is correct. but
2.0 A is amps..
not 2.0 volt.

the charger specify 2.0 A, ours is 1.0 A..

240 v with 240 w
is 1 A

240v with 480 w
is 2 A

our dc socket is 240v max anyways unless u decide to overload.

well as far as i know
volt x Amps = watts

if our house volt is 240
amp is 0.85
watts is 204

if out house volt is 240
amp is 1
watts is 240

if house volt is 240
amp is 2
watts is 480 <<<<<<<<< must be the limit of our device input. if the volt flux then device boom maybe

tats unless ur house volt is 100v then thats a diffrent story.
like car charging plug hole might be lower (12v) so a higher A might be better.

as u can see 12 v x 2 A = 24w which is < a quarter of the 240 watts or 204 watts.

of course i might be wrong as i don't study any electrician courses.

stuck @ singapore no thanks to their very good customer service. lost a flight back home.
stuck at m1 aokp 4.1.1 and found that malaysian wifi freq not same as sydney.
no phone no, no data plan, walking with a wifi searching nexus device
