No. As long as it renders properly as a PhotoSphere then it can be viewed as a PhotoSphere. A few of my photospheres are not 360 and they turn out fine, just that the edges stop at where you stop, and do not make a full circle. Got few times even my 360 one failed to render properly and ended up being a panorama... lol


No you don't need antivirus unless you like to install weird/pirated games originating from China (not a joke).

Games like NFS most probably won't have china imitate version, but if you happen to installed pirated version, best of luck to you.

I say 'China' doesn't mean China explicitly. Just to say those ciplak ones on Play Store, or pirated ones.

Dammit you people need to stop obsessing over battery life. If not enough charge, recharge only la. If want long lasting battery, stop all background sync and remove those pesky apps that run in background, and don't touch the phone. for best battery life, put it in airplane mode.

Observe the average battery life, and work with it. Normal battery life for Galaxy Nexus is 2.5 hours of screen time. Plus minus for low signal strength and GPS usage. If abnormality detected, try troubleshoot yourself first. If the awake bar and screen-on bar is not identical (accessed by tapping the graph), means got background app. This is normal if you have twitter client or facebook client or email sync. If excessive, then you might want to start removing apps. Worst case, just factory reset.

in the new gallery, if it detects your photo is a photosphere there will be a globe icon at center bottom, click on it and you can view it like viewing street views.

and yes you need to push in gmscore.apk and change the permission to 644

i have 3g connection difficulty at home. my previous phone connection to 3g was without a problem. but with my present nexus phone..the 3g is from 0 to 2 to full bar sometime. but most of the time its 0 connection. inconsistency is the word. is there any setting to improve the reception?
