Really upset today, today went to showroom to get the aero bodykit, chrome and leather seat to be installed. At first i was glad the salesman said i did not have to pay extra 300, mybe that because i make official complaint to mitsubishi. But the salesman ask me the bring myself the stuff to another service centre (which is another company because the showroom where i bought the car does not service center). He said they called the service center to install my accesories, when i arrived at the service, the staff there said no one call them about my car. They will charge me 420 if i insist to install it. I tried to call the salesman, at first he didnot answer. Then he answer said he sorry he will installed my assesories when their new service center open next year and he didnot know the date. WTF! He just wasted my off day today and he cannot even confirm which date i can bring my car to install that things. Rwally dissepointed today... arrgh

Ok, new Mirage user here, sharing some experience of the car.
Pump full tank Shell Ron 95, can get around 20.8Km per/L, calc using FuelLog, when drive at highway ~100-110km.

KL city drive around 5.5L - 6.1L per/100km.

Btw, mine is manual.

I collected mine last month, no extra gift, just a Ipod shuffle.
The SA promise me a smart tag, but he say no stock when I collect the car, end up he paid me RM110 cash.

Some little gift is the extra carpet for the car, like those selling in Brother.

But the Shell can do better, even though I don't like this brand....

The one in setapak, you can check it. I can PM if you want. At the moment they only have showroom, they will opening new 3s centre in next month but the salesman can't give the exact date and he himself not even sure.

I will not bring my car to their service centre with this kind of after sales service. Not all service agent like that, maybe one or two but this incident really piss me off cause this salesman really treating me like dirt after i got my car.

Mitsubishi malaysia called me today, still no concrete answer given by them, i will make legal actions if this problem not settle by next week. Do not want to wait like forever...

i got mine from setapak one as well, had to say the service sux to the core, i had to travel 60km just to get the free coupon for service and ipod shuffle, zzz never again i will visit this center ever again....

when i reached there, i asked for the coupon they like hoping i forget to ask for my ipod shuffle...

i went to the belakong 3s center and it was all pleasant until........ i opened my car hood after 1 week, ******* did not put back the metal stick used to hold the front car hood, lucky it was not able to touch the running belt at engine else it gonna be dangerous

My SA is from the roadshow, his branch at Klang, he even come all over to balakong branch to receive my booking fee, then come all over to kuchai lama to take my loan document.

That Balakong branch is newly opened, same day as the Mirage launch day.

My SA from Klang also, book the car on roadshow. He also drive all the way from klang to Old Klang Road to collect the deposit. Upon the car collection, he also drive the car to Sri Petaling. Well, overall not perfect yet but much better compare to other SA.
