I'm seriously looking into getting a M3. The SA told me that the car has done a layer of coating (something like diamond coating). Is it true for other new buyer here? My SA is from Penang smile.gif

I heard from Juru Autocity's SA too, I think it's pretty legit

Mine is CKD 2012 2.0L

#1 - Tick tick sound from passenger side. I tot it was coming from the Seat belt area. Took to SC many times. still cant fix it. In the end, i found out myself that the rattling sound was coming from the seat belt buckle, where you insert the seat belt into it. When the car is moving, that thing will rattle and hit on the plastic panel at the side. This was my case.

#2 - Happened before. Disappeared after a while.

#4 - No nyek nyek sound happened before. Get the sc to sit in the car with you. sometimes they just take the car in and you have no idea what they are doing behind.

#5 - I am experiencing this. When accelerate from slow speed, there will be some minor tin dragging sound, or as you said it, brisk drumming sound. for about 1 second plus. I've mentioned this to the sc before. nothing fixed or found out. My suggestion, get the sc to sit in with you in the car and let them hear it.

My experience with Bermaz Service was terrible throughout my whole year of driving the car. I have no idea why their knowledge were not sufficient to rectify even the simplest problem. There was one time I took my car for servicing due to "BURNT SMELL" coming out from the aircon when i accelerate medium hard and some rattling noise problem. Took it to sc with appointment made at 9am, gave me back my car at 12.30pm told me to go back and come again next time as there were too many cars and could not fix my car in time.

Went back for another appointment and they gave me another car to drive while they fix the "BURNT SMELL" problem for 2 days. Took my car back, the problem still persisted.

I have done far too many complaints with Bermaz, and they show no care or concern over their name sake. I am tired of their services already.

The Mazda 6 is launching soon, with mouth-watering specs and are so irresistible. My bro's gonna get his next car soon and the thought of suggesting the Mazda6 to him held me back because of the bad bad after sales. What is a good car when you got a shitty service after that?

Cham... Seems like CBU is better?

But I heard the SA said that CBU is not available anymore?

By the way, CBU don't have infotainment as I confirmed

All Mazda SC provides Mineral, Semi Synth & Fully Synth SHELL engine oil. Every service will include change of Oil Filters + Engine Oil and others depending on the mileage.

Some SC will have huge drums of engine oil while some have 4L & 1L bottles. Don't worry as your service is free of charge as it includes parts & labour. The only difference you need to top up would be if you upgrade to Fully Synthetic Engine Oil.

Please bear in mind, you're not allowed to use your own engine oil in most SC while some allow.

Btw, for those who are upgrading to Fully Synthetic when servicing in our SC @ Jln.Sungai Besi, we're giving a $10 KFC Voucher !!!!

this morning my fren come my house to wash his car. there is nothing about wat engine oil they use in the report or the bill.
it's only a very general description. 1 change engine oil, oil filter. 2. normal check... 3. wash car.

so i dunno what engine they use.

another thing is i found the there's a plastic missing at the left rear tyre space. as per photo.
i will ask my fren to claim the thing or in case this cannot be claimed, cos near to 2 months after car delivery. what is the price of this stuff? 4S ada jual?

yes, u can do outside... but it might potentially void ur warranty if there is any wiring issue.

DRL - estimate RM280
Pedal Lock - estimate 380

Hi all Mazdarian,

I'm getting a new HU and would like to sell off my current Caska.

Everything is still in good condition. Been using it exactly 1 year.

Anyone interested please PM me.

Thank you and good day.
