Hi, may I know is there any letter will be sent or I can get from the Diploma faculty of MMU after I finish my Diploma study?

I was staying at Emerald Park during my Diploma time and to get my deposit back from them, they were asking me to get the graduation letter from MMU as proof that I've graduated as a Diploma student in MMU. I am not sure whether there is such letter and I got no idea where and how to get it.

Anyone who has idea, please share with me. thanks.

Yes, I think you can obtain the letter from your faculty or student service center.

Anybody FIST senior(delta year) knows about the procedure of choosing elective subject ? Do we need to go to the office to get the list ourself or they will contact us(which sounds impossible since some people not following course structure and might take elective subject earlier)

If I am a graduand on early of this year(my last semester was ended in early of this year), then could I get it from now or do I have to request for the letter first before they make it out for me? Because I am now in my hometown and MMU Malacca is not very near to my hometown, it will be difficult for me to find transport to go back to the campus for the letter. I afraid once I reach and request for it, they said I have to wait for few weeks. Then I have to back to my hometown So, I need a plan before I go for my trip to back to my campus and get the letter

I am not sure how it works, but isn't it that usually the faculty will post the list of subjects offered in bulletin and it is all online registration, based on 1st come 1st serve? anyway, better get concrete answer from the faculty itself

Can send email to request for it. When it is completed, then set a date for you to go and collect.

The only thing i'm confused is that in elective subject , it's clearly mention we need to choose major in other BIT course . But the thing is , how if the major of the other BIT has requirement (let's say Routing and Switching requires the subject Computer Network) and my course happened to not having that prerequisite , am i still eligible to register that subject?
