Just want to ask, is there any tips to select a nice flower horn? I saw here in Kajang lfs got a new batch of smaller flower horn (normal and thai flower?). Its was tagged as RM6 per tail for about 1.5 inch in size. Lotss of black pearl on their body
depends on what kind of buyer u are if your like "I'll buy this juvenile fh with some pearls and nice fins and see how he grows out to be.maybe he'll grow a nice nuchal hump too", then sure, experiment all you want with cheap FH that u like.
but if you're certain of which type u like with what criteria, i suggest u browse around more and visit farms(somebody gave me a direction last time, fron fh thread but i forgot.lemme check).get your specific type u want zenzhu, kamfa, kamfamalau or whatever name they come up with.lol good luck!
Actually I just planning to have 1 or 2 of this kind of fish which I can feed my culled bettas in future. I just start my betta program, and hopefully my betta line dont go wrong
yup.some has nice kok(nuchal hump) since small since small or maybe show potential only.thats why certain people only buy at like 3-4inches when the kok already start to show up a bit.
btw fh very aggressive usually, quite difficult to keep in community.unless u have many of them or keep in community of more aggressive fish.hehe

I havent name my oscar yet, thinking for a crazy-frenzy sort of name but havent found one yet. For now i have Aragorn, Frankenstein, Emrys (Ornate), Fly, Casper & Genie.
Next month someone is coming to buy Franky.. hopefully he will be well-taken care of. And happier in his new home
