hehehhe...if im rich...i wil renovate my house become like aquaria klcc
*
Hahaha thanks bro. Zoos or aquarias should start offering money for people with huge fish n no place to keep. That way can get nice fish for display, save local water from foreign species, encourage more people in this hobby. Also we can switch fish more frequently according to our changing interests tongue.gif

So far he's the one with most infestation. Gonna look for stronger meds today. Probably metronidazole or something. Gotta get rid of them soon before this cute moke gets them too rclxub.gif

So far none of the Gars have bitten me or even come close to showing any aggressive behaviour towards me from when they were in grow out tank and even in pond I used to get in with 3ft Gars circling but so long as they don't feel cornered no worries.

Around 18" I moved them from tank to pond and during that time in the tank they used to give me room to do water change and cleaning etc. If I take longer than usual they'd come close to sort of reestablish their space (I'm speculating) so a tap on the head to show them who is boss settled that once and for all.

Hand feeding being bitten have the risk.
Is the feeder too short?
Are u holding on the tail of feeder while hand feeding?
These two might help decreased the chances of being bitten.
Beside, big fishes need to be ferocious, so why go sayang them with your tiny fragile hand.
No offence.

Day 2 treatment, infestation still there. Tried with powder from Azoo containing metronidazole but looks like its only working to certain extent. Garam pun x jalan.a friend suggests API brand external parasite remover. Will have to look hard for it in these 2-3 days while continuing the powder for 2nd & 3rd dose every 24hours. Also got my first short body bichir. An albino. For rm10 at 2.5". It was sold among normal albinos lol.

ur WC is water cooling ka..  brows.gif
alamak that size is small boss. cos bujuk if that size percentage of survival is very less  cos i tried before to rear this fish when i was in secondary catch in my kg. ehhh... i heard got ppl say u wanna letgo penyu ka.. brows.gif  what size and price...
boss 5 inch is very small and if you anti chlorine also kenot put too much cos the fish sure will die slowly. also if you portable oxygen oso the fish oso will die no matter what also.  sweat.gif  doh.gif  cos the fish sure get drunk when too much bubbles in the very small tank.  laugh.gif
later i'll senap the paima picta when i reach my kg.  brows.gif
