Battery oso 6 months bro. But SPen/stylus..no warranty.
So when buy better check the SPen properly

Try to write something on the screen.
Take a screenshots by pressing the button.
Try your air view..i believe when the SPen tip over near the screen..got some sort of pointer.

1) better take the latest M'sia firmware ALJ3
2) up to you but most firmware comes with one big tar.md5 files where the CSC already included in that files.

Look for Celcom or Maxis booth as these two usually sell phone without contract. So far DiGi never let outright buying.

All these imitation/clone phone shouldn't be let using original brand name and logo in the first place.

Different event/roadshow different procedure it seems.
At Note1 roadshow..outright buying had to queue together with the plan takers. So it quite a long queue.
At S3 roadshow..separate queue to those who outright buying.

I think it depend whether got promotion/free gifts also. If got free gift up to certain numbers then it gonna be a single queue. Otherwise the queue can be separated.
Either way..if you gonna buy outright..better be early. Atleast around 10am you should be there
P/S : based on my experience of outright buying on Note1 and S3.. Both on the very first launching day.
