Newbie of Samsung phones should download Galaxy Note2 User Digest from Play Google for easy reference. Got lots of tips and tricks inside.

Yes..you can use UMobile broadband plan.
I'm using one. RM68 per month for 5GB data only. For any calls or sms..deducted separately biggrin.gif

RM128 - 12GB drool.gif
