Saw landscaping done at the pool area already. According to latest loan release it is 75% complete

I must say, the units closest to the LRT track are only 30M from the track n also few floors corner will be directly facing the tracks..
The station is also 600-800m away but NOT walking distance as 1 is near evolve mall/pacific place & other one near kelana business square.. Despite being right beside the elite glenmarie court, the 850psf price is not justified as its TOO close to the NKVE & LRT. Would be interesting to see the rental demand n subsale value as the facade is quite mid-high end.. |
