this project most probably will hand over earlier thanks to GST I think but on the other hand really hope they can boost up the progress so bank can release more loan b4 GST imposed. Then we can paying less for it.

Based on my limited knowledge of GST understanding, GST is standard rate for Commercial property, whereas Residential is exempt rate.
Whether SnP sign before or after GST implementation, there is no bearing. Do look at SnP if anything mentioned on tax and who to absorb, if the property is standard rate. Very subjective indeed. |
