just went to Wawasan MV for MYR->USD exchange, the rate is 3.22 and maybank's rate is 3.2208..not much difference

noob question here, i just bought cny currency yesterday at mid valley and the rate was 49.5. Then i went back and checked the BNM statistics, it was 47.0. So why there is a difference? Can i exchange at BNM?
