Last night, I found a better money changer than Wawasan.

It is 786 Star which located at 1 utama (near to Cold Storage).

e.g. 06/01/2010 rate:
RM3.385 -> USD1 compared to RM3.39 -> USD1 (Wawasan)
RM10.98 -> NTD100 compared to RM11.05 ->NTD100 (Wawasan)

Yesterday afternoon I went to change some USD too!

I have bought USD at the rate of 1 USD = RM3.385!

Time: 1.50p.m
Location: Public Bank at Bintang Walk

Have the issue of fake notes occur to you all be4??? Because I have, I changed to China rmb in KL, and after I landed in China, they told me its fake!!!

I know exchange with bank is safest, but money changer???

As at this afternoon 1.50p.m, Public Bank at Bintang Walk is selling 100 THB at RM10.30! Even better rate than Wawasan!

Hi, anybody buying the Euro currency as it has already appreciated against the Ringgit?

Sadly, I have changed quite a lot of Great Britain Pound when rates was 5.80 but now it has fell to 5.45.

Euro currency didn't appreciate much against MYR . It is still hovering RM4.8 to Rm5, isn't it?

I heard Taiwan money changer only accept USD note from year 2005 onward. How true is tat ? Anyone have experience ?

not sure. so far I always change my money at Public Bank Bintang Walk as its rate is always on par or better than wawasan
