Yes, it is easier as compared to CM build.
Assign WW on your right- (or left) - button mouse. WW without releasing the mouse button.

deep freeze..
12s of 15%cc which brings me to near 150k dps..
mor cc means better chance of crit mass procing which in return gives mor shocking aspect procs,LOH,APoC,cooldowns.
its good against champions(5+ mobs) when the minions die, i can down the remaining single boss in less than 12s giving the full advantage of 15%cc..but i lose the advantage of DFreeze over elites(3mobs)

bone chill..
15% extra dmg taken on mobs including party members while being frozen.

owh nvm i found the ans lol.
DF rune for solo mp7+ using wormhole to lure nearby trash mobs
BC rune for party runs

what about ubers?
BC or cold snap? DF is definitely out..hahaz
