If it comes with AR, it's considered higher tier. Definitely wont go for 5m, 50m maybe lol. I suggest you farm more at Act 3 MP0 and accumulate enough money for one. A witching hour with decent stats is definitely worth your money.

nope..without CD, it's worth about 2-4M probably....

I sold mine lower dps, at less than 200k, prices without CD/socket is very low.
