i use cold snap recently instead of deep freeze. Reduce cooldown is better since energy twister is nerfed. So a reduced cooldown is much more efficient for me. I will see whether should i adjust if i increase my attack speed later.

Total damage is around 17 million gold. The stats for the item is not that kickass but definitely better than my lousy rares previously. So, just like any women....as long as i see item with okay stats and price cheaper than average in AH, i terus tiap. buy first, regret later is my mentality

if higher than 200%, the perma frost wizard own bosses like mad.

Frosty Wizards normally focus more on IAS and CC% to increase the potent of wicked wind. My taicho IAS = 3.00 Aspd and his CC% = 58% (with scoundrel)

actually 35% onward is okay liao. Mine is also 35%, still doable in mp 5.

if you still insist on high CC%, go for Natalya set items. 2 items give a bonus of 7% more. That's what my taicho is using

i think you, wallance and got one more fella go for archon build. So definitely IAS has lesser priority.
