In advise on , ignore my item spelling...
1) Add % to Lightning damage ---------- to weapon/source
2) Lightning skills deal % more damage --------- to nett damage from skill used.
items:
Tal Rasha Allegience 1) + 2)
Schaeffer's Hammer 1) + 2)
Storm Crow 1)
Triumvirate 1)
Would like to know an example calc on this from you gurus, example taken on a Lightning elemental damage
Reference:
http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/6413025317?page=1Set A:
Tal Rasha , Add 6% and Deal 3%
Storm Crow , Add 8%
Triumvirate , Add 5%
Looking at this, I am assuming, I have gained 19% off my weapon as Lightning.
If it was a black weapon, with 1000 dps, that would be 1000 + (1000x0.19) = 1190 ?
and if using along with
electrocute-Lightning blast (86% base lightning damage), I would gain here 86% + 3%= 89% ?.
Set B:
Tal Rasha , Add 6% and Deal 3%
Storm Crow , Add 8%
Schaeffer's Hammer , Add 8%, Deals 22 %.
If the above assumptions I put in is true....
I would be dealing more with this....
Weapon = 1000+ (1000x0.22) = 1220?
Skills = 86%+ 22% = 108% ?
Have always been curious about if Schaeffer should even be in the game sometimes...0.9 base ats is crap, dps would reach 1.2k dps, and average 150 primary stats (good rolls with 250+).
The way I see wizz is more arcane + lightning compare to the cold/fire damage (crowd attack mostly, that also has conflagation=10% /cold blooded=20% passive) depending on player choice.
Does Schaeffer's make sense?....for fast farming (instead of Mr.Archon )?.
Thanks, sorry can't buy you all Nescafe/Milo at the moment.
