You using the SDK to create? I still can't find a time to research on compiling a watchapp instructions haha..

no need SDK for not complicated faces. just use http://www.watchface-generator.de/

after that, it will generate a pbw file with a link. you can use your phone to navigate to that link and it will ask you if you want to open the file in Pebble App. Viola, you install your own watchface.

do bear in mind that some user says it can fit pebble perfectly, while some say cannot.
In my case I have trim the side of the band slightly to make it fit.

what did you use to change the strap? a simple knife to push out the metal spring rod that connects the strap to the watch body?

U could try to ask watch shop to do it for u?

I use tiny flat head screw driver to do the job. just need some pressure to push the band to expose the metal spring rod.
