Not different ball game. That time ask for sibeh klcc price. But give cheapskate product sure Mati lar. Nothing to do where.

Okr manyak Rich people. Want earn okr pipu money also need to give product that worth it. Lousy verve look left look right also doesn’t match the price tag. Fking lousy product with high price tag

Looks at millerz from exsim got problem? Sale also moving well.

relying too much on brand and previous success in mk. In addition it’s a refurbished building, so the okr folks wouldn’t want to come out much money for something known for their value.

They think okr many s*hai, and not picking on the design, look and practicality. Change some highend look surface can play tipu tipu. 1 of the big problem for this refurbish building is the lift, hardly can change. Use back old design just change the lift brand and machine, 2 stupid crampy small lifts. Last time this building use for Mara or some xxx uni student accommodation. Low Mid end built and design. Many fixed design of this building tak Boleh pakai for selling highend. They should demolish the whole building and rebuild again from the start.

even crappy building still can sell. location still ok. blame the poor pricing package. too expensive for a refurbished and existing structure limit space for creativity and innovation.

and there are choices along OKR.... there are reasons why citizen can sell so well compared to verve... their project looks fairly classy also...

Unit sold at 550k just now. Slightly higher than previous Reserve Price.
But is still cheap. Good catch. S&P price for this unit close to 1M. Come fully furnish. And car park with extra storage space.
Owner bought from developer unit just 1 year ago (2017) and straight away no do loan repayment. doh.gif
Occupied unit, no idea is owner own stay or rented out.



Anyway got another unit available end of this month. Same layout just that slight small in size and no storage space at car park.
Lower floor (below the sky bridge) and facing swimming pool. View wise is better than the above unit (above unit face direct the roof top of the sky bridge).
Let's see how much the price will end up. Same close to 1M the S&P price. Hahaha.

Weird stuff about both units.
Both units bought after project completion, getting developer units.

For the 488k unit, S&P sign in Nov 2017. Start enter lelong mid of this year.
Possible didnt even make any loan repayment at all to the bank before. doh.gif

What the heck these ppl thinking. Just buy and never really count how much monthly commitment need to set aside to repay the loan?
Or take the cash back money and go enjoy the fullest.
