For the 488k unit, S&P sign in Nov 2017. Start enter lelong mid of this year.
Possible didnt even make any loan repayment at all to the bank before. 

What the heck these ppl thinking. Just buy and never really count how much monthly commitment need to set aside to repay the loan? 
Or take the cash back money and go enjoy the fullest.
