Are you using the original cable that Yoobao supplied?

I bought a powerbank when I was in Taiwan and to my surprise, when using Nokia very own cable and successfully charge all kinds of phone like Note, S2, Incredible S, but unable to charge Nokia very own N8. Have to use the stock cable which only has 2 pin (IIRC) then only the N8 will charge.

Is it when you first plug it in, it will display charging and almost immediately display cable disconnected or some error message like that?

Tried using the other charger's cable? Maybe you have a faulty unit? Does it charge other phone fine?

Not sure what happen there as mine was charged on the date of my purchase.

I called them to enquire about the possibility of self pickup. Apparently Becazo ain't the one sending the package. It's being done by Zitron. I wanted to get it asap too but was wondering whether I should ask for self collection since I paid RM25 for shipping.

I don't think you can get back the shipping charges. I already asked for the possibility but haven't received my email reply. Maybe should just wait... I think within the next 2-3 days should be getting it.

Called me up saying they will be there around 30 minutes. Waited 40 minutes, called me still in Jalan Kuching. I don't want to waste time and rearrange in McD MRR2. I arrived and he haven't. I called him and he only picked up few minutes later only to tell me 10 more minutes. I'm still waiting at the McD.

Zitron called me up at 11:41 and I confirmed will be at home. Was given an estimated 30minutes. Reach home and waited 40minutes before I received another call telling me "I dont know where your place is". What delivery is that? I have to offer myself to drive to the MCD along MRR2 Kepong when they told me they are in Jalan Kuching. I arrived there and waited another 35minutes before they showed up. They even dare to tell me they are sending another package in Kepong. I was like WTF!!!, you just said you dont know my place whereas in fact you have to pass my house if you wanna come to MRR2 from Kepong. Wasted 1hour 15minutes for this f***ing shit delivery.

How often do you pay the postage company to be told I dont know where your place is? For my case, very often. I feel like I live in a kampong with proper road sign and house numbering.

No. Its actually just beside the main road, underneath the MRR2. The fact that they actually used the same main road coming from Kepong just add to my frustration.

No, what I want to say is that they are taking this advantage trying to make profit but instead, was caught out by Zitron move.
