if ur phone not more than 7 days of purchase better do 1 to 1 exchange. else NCC dun even take this problem seriously

better go claim warranty. my 808 at first works great, then after firmware update (Belle FP2)..it broke my 808 WiFi completely sweat.gif

then NCC change my 808's mainboard and wifi chip

I think u can get cheaper with one seller here named miss1call or something like that, selling RM960.

btw, regarding one to one exchange, it depends whether the shop are willing to exchange the phone for you or not. some of them might give terms of within 3 or 7 days and expect the phone to be 100% new physically.
