Haha title is damm misleading... I thought ts owns note 2.... Mine gnote drop like a lot of time but never have cracks like urs ts.. Ap set... Maybe just not ur luck

why are you wasting time fighting with samsung . Go to consumer tribunal let them do the talking for you . I have a big issue with S2 last time at last samsung buy back my phone and pay me in full amount .
