last month i claim my new motherboard within 3 days from Lowyat Samsung service center .

if you're custom rom flasher , u need pandai pandai make ur phone 'clean' before sent to service center .
Custom Rom flasher
- Binary count ( flash 1 custom rom , count 1 time )
- Yellow triangle when phone startup = custom rom detected by system
- Root user . unroot before sent to SC

for me , my phone bricked . i Google how to clear the binary count since my phone is appear : 2 
plug in phone , tick somethings on pc . done .

sent to SC , everythings fine .

Same things goes to every phone brand service center , if they found that you've root / jailbreak , good luck

plugin not work actually is a simple work for every technician .
bring to nearby your house technician might cost you less than RM30 can be fixed

haha maybe the SC staff lan c , try to bring to others SC , should be ok one lol

Make it big issue mah. Ask reporter or somebody record the action. Post it up to youtube. See how the Samseng respond.
