QUOTE(Jjdesu @ Oct 7 2012, 08:08 PM) Is it worth paying few hundreds more for this note 2 instead of s3? I still in dilemma which one to pick as the s3 price is now quite tempting already I would say depends on what you want. If you need a bigger phone but not a tab, then Note is good. After playing with Note, definitely good to get if you have the extra $.QUOTE(matthewtong @ Oct 7 2012, 08:08 PM) Haha, 1.3k is definitely the price you'll get if you want to trade in. New S3 - AP set costs less than Rm1.6k, so it's pretty much self explanatory. Unless you can sell it off to someone out there, haha.. Agreed!QUOTE(adi89 @ Oct 7 2012, 08:11 PM) nowadays, s3 price is very reasonable compare to tons of features that pack inside dat small gadget.. +1QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Oct 7 2012, 09:43 PM) Yeah...anyway, keeping s3 cos like what the above said, s3 not bad what Added on October 7, 2012, 10:32 pm QUOTE(adi89 @ Oct 7 2012, 07:37 PM) yes the seller is a very nice and friendly guy.. Haha thanks...just another avid Android user... Added on October 7, 2012, 7:38 pm Congratz mate. welcome to the club. hehe. shall we said samsung elite user.. Comparing s3 and note 2, I seriously got to say that note 2 is winning by a little. Maybe self preference though

QUOTE(benny888 @ Oct 8 2012, 10:17 AM) Note 2 thrumps highly over S3 on its battery life - easily double that of S3 Hi uncle! Long time no see. How have you been?Performance wise i'd say is marginal improvement Buy it, if you need a bigger display and its S Pen features Added on October 8, 2012, 10:18 am LTE model is a different code N7105 yeah well agreed on that. When I buy that yesterday I was like...shoot I should have just wait for note 2 and buy 2 sets of them Anyway, this is the first time Note series attracts me honestly. Quite impressed on that...I also got to agree on the performance. Besides the 2 gb ram, I don't see much difference except for the s Pen thingy... QUOTE(Cynox @ Oct 8 2012, 10:31 AM) Works well if you always watch movie like my gf...Any recommended case I should consider with kickstand? |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Oct 8 2012, 02:39 PM) Worry unnecessary What uncle said is true. I don't think stock will run off cos android has so many phones around. Not all will go to note. But yes, it is one of the high demand ones lo This is not iPhone where users are crazy over it This feed only a unique group of users as most still find is too big as a phone |

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Oct 8 2012, 03:22 PM) wonder anyone used skinomi before... how is it? Shyt... If like that I also want to buy...... i think this SP looks nice especially those who wanna have an almost naked phone... it's just one layer of 'plastic' on the screen and also the cover... at least that's the impression i get. but got so many different patterns... but with rounded corners... i wonder if its going to be easy to apply... update1: from their website... Of course, garage sale is one of it. What and where do you suggest? |

QUOTE(Caryane @ Oct 10 2012, 12:12 AM) Hey guys, i'm currently using an iPhone 4, for 2 years already. Welcome to the Android club. I am 100% Note will not be a dissapointment for ya Its time... its time to change... to Galaxy Note 2. To me, iphone 5 is a disappointment, it doesn't seem like a device that is "new" its just a facelift. Where as the Note 2 is a different story, Apple and MacBooks have changed the way i live and use computers. That fact won't change. What will change is... i'm switching over to the Note 2!!!! Yeah... |

QUOTE(KuLi @ Oct 10 2012, 08:05 AM) With passing of each day, of course is closer to launching. DUH Good point. I believe they are just waiting for the absolute time to launch it. Remember that the more people wait, the more talks there will be and there will also be more sales for Samsung themselves. But now, it seems Samsung is still testing water. And it is icy cold. Many ppl are anticipating the arrival of the most eagerly awaited phone in history to Malaysia. Telcos, all of them are preparing for the massive sales. If Samsung starts selling now, the response may just be limited to a few geeks and nerds. But if launch later, the situation might be so much worst. |

QUOTE(eugenecctan @ Oct 10 2012, 04:00 PM) It really depends on what you need and if you have the extra $. Having note 2 is a total different experience compared to note 1 I would say. However, since you are using mainly for reading and surfing, you could still use the original note and no problem with it.This post has been edited by nicregi: Oct 10 2012, 04:01 PM |
