I can't say all this days use the flower as colouring but mostly if they cook it traditional way, they use that flower.

I used to be a bit scared of eating raw vege or malays call it as Ulam! But once, my colleague home made and bring Nasi Kerabu bento for me and i absolutely fallen in love with it! With the budu sauce and solok lada... gosh it's heaven!! It's incomplete without the salted egg of course.

Where is the best place to have Nasi Kerabu in KL???

If you know the Pasar Tengahari @ Menara Weld, there is one selling with daging bakar. Their solok lada is heaven!! But disappointed with the daging bakar cause way too dry and hard to chew.

i think so ... herm next time i eat the one I buy at the Weld, i take photo let you see if it's blue natural or blue coloring LOL

I used to eat this everyday during Ramadan month in my uni days. now can't find back the good tasting one, the uncle selling already retired.

U can try nasi kerabu at restoran belanga inside empire subang..the daging bakar so tender but the rice portion so small..u might want to ask extra rice..

Hahaha... i look for this during Ramadhan also, but the stall that sells this doesn't taste good at all ... my colleague home made one pawn all that i tasted so far kinda sad she merajuk no wan make for me liao cause that time i say i hate raw vege
