you will get stuck at Samsung logo there if you just str8 flash the firmware into your phone without wiping the cache and data,it happened to me yesterday

you need to do wipe cache, wipe data and factory reset which can only be done in ClockWorkMod by press and hold Volume Up + Home + Power buttons at the same time , then only you can flash the swedish stock jelly bean smile.gif
*
ok, in other words cannot. what u mean is need to do factory reset first - which will wipe cache, wipe data too right?, then only flash the swedish stock jelly bean

correct?

Wanna ask whether anyone has problem regarding s3's silver iron that covered around phone?
Well, I have a black tint at the silver iron. Somehow look like the colour drop

Not sure how to explain, but it similar like rust.

Maxis DC-HSPA+ network is 2100... future LTE should be 2600. My phone support both of the bands/frequency. Yes my area has HSPA+...

At the moment your phone can still use the 3G network here but not the LTE. Even when M'sia LTE does arrive..it doesn't mean your phone automatically will work on that LTE network. Compatibility can be an issue.

Yes bro, you are right ... but am not talking about LTE, its DC-HSPA+ up to 42Mbps (3G) which already widely available in Malaysia for Maxis users.

Coming from K800i and jumping into smartphone bandwagon especially Android platform is one steep learning curve for me lol. With all these bootloader, custom ROMS, kernels and all those stuff can make me go rclxub.gif

There is just so much to read that I feel at lost when I browse XDA forum doh.gif

BTW, just want to confirm, in order for me to flash to custom ROM, I have to root my phone with ODIN right? So that means I don't have to flash a new kernel right? Can leave it stock yeah?

Hi, I'm new here, just had a Garnet Red... Now I'm thinking of getting a bluetooth...

Between Jabra Extreme 2 or BlueAnt Q2 or any good bluetooth you guys recommend, which would you choose?

Sorry if I've asked in the wrong section..
