QUOTE(renishi @ Oct 17 2012, 01:53 PM) u need to check whether your phone support malaysian hsdpa+ spectrum or not. (how to check ur spectrum? google Maxis DC-HSPA+ network is 2100... future LTE should be 2600. My phone support both of the bands/frequency. Yes my area has HSPA+...or is H+ available in your area. |

QUOTE(waveweaver @ Oct 17 2012, 03:36 PM) At the moment your phone can still use the 3G network here but not the LTE. Even when M'sia LTE does arrive..it doesn't mean your phone automatically will work on that LTE network. Compatibility can be an issue. Yes bro, you are right ... but am not talking about LTE, its DC-HSPA+ up to 42Mbps (3G) which already widely available in Malaysia for Maxis users. |

QUOTE(Baronic @ Oct 18 2012, 11:40 PM) i think if no answer, means the LTE users arent here in this thread lol. LTE isnt malaysia model, its overseas model, and while its LTE, it however is dual core, albeit using the new qualcomm duals so aint that bad (think padphone tech) Bro, just want to correct you that S3 LTE is Quad Core with 2GB RAM for Asia and Europe versions. |

QUOTE(renishi @ Oct 19 2012, 12:23 AM) not sure if are u trying to show off or seeking for answer? Excuse me, please mind your word! Why should i show off here? its just a phone, why should i feel proud of it? cus it is a no brainer that we DONT have LTE set available in malaysia... i am not sure hw to get this message to u lol so go somewhere else i bought this phone not for LTE, i want to try on DC-HSPA+ instead. Maybe you dont even know what is it, so you are forgiven. This post has been edited by Dozz: Oct 19 2012, 12:34 AM |

QUOTE(renishi @ Oct 19 2012, 12:38 AM) u ask if anyone has this set and happen to be on maxis... we already say no....(more than twice) why not go to hardwarezone.sg to ask them? there might be singaporeans who happen to be on maxis line? dont u think the chances are higher over there? ohh maybe u dont even know where to ask sry then. If you dont know anything or cant answer my question, why dont you just shut up and ignore it? |
